Water Transfer Film Printing Machine
Our water transfer film printing machine comes equipped with features including an automatic constant temperature system, an automatic activator spray system, an automatic film flow system, an automatic dipping arm, a water circle, and an automatic filter film dust. The TSAUTOP Water Transfer Film Printing Machine may be operated by a single person, which reduces the costs of hiring more workers and eliminates the need for additional personnel altogether. The medium-sized dipping plant owner will find the machine to be ideally suited in this regard.
Step1.flushing water for clean—
Step 2. Blowing the bubble of the water surface by air nozzle and divider—-
Step 3. Laying the film on the water—
Step 4. Film on the water for 25-35seconds—
Step 5. spraying activator on the film—
Step 6. Dipping the products by dipping the arm—
Step 7. Putting out the products from the water—
Step 8. Finish dipping—
Step 9. Rinsing the products’ surface with the rinsing station.
The whole process will take 1.5-3 minutes.
The water Transfer Film Printing Machine has two models available.
The first is a one-key automatic model that, with a single press of an auto key button, can continuously complete the entire dipping operation, including film flowing, activator spraying, dipping with its robot arm, and cleaning. Its PLC allows for any size and speed to be set.
In the second model, everything is manually operated, including the water pump, flow-film system, activator spraying system, and dipping. Again, its PLC allows for the setting of all sizes and speeds.
