TSAUTOP® all in one mini DIY hydro dipping tank has a superb welding process and a humanized structural design. All welded parts are welded with 304 stainless steel welding wire. All the welding marks are polished to ensure no leaks.
So, it can guarantee no water leakage for 5 years. 1.2m All in One DIY Hydro Dipping Tank is equipped with 2pcs wiper blade and 1 partition beam, can wipe the film slag and divide the dipping area into few small areas, ensure the film does not expand too much.
TSAUTOP® all in one mini DIY hydro dipping tank is designed as two parts dipping tank, washing, filtering, and heating tank. It ensures enough dipping area and fast heating. This tank can be fit with a high-pressure spray shower for washing after dipping. And it can be fitted with a timer for heating the water.
TSAUTOP® all in one mini DIY hydro dipping tank is made of 1.5mm thick 201 stainless steel with four pcs removable feet. The leg can be plugged into the bigger seat at the bottom of the tank and be tightened by the screws.
The thick stainless steel can ensure to resist acid, alkali, salt, and corrosion. All of these ensure TSAUTOP® hydro dipping tank’s long life. It is the only device with which things can be both dipped and washed. The advantage of the tank is that a splash guard, a wire shelf for the dipped parts, and a hand shower for washing, are included.
TSAUTOP® all in one mini-hydro dipping tank has a good quality heating element with a 2000w heating element. This can ensure fast-heating in 30minutes. There has 1 pcs thermostat on the control box and 1 temperature sensor, the temperature of the dipping tank and heating tank can be set and monitored in real-time. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating element will stop to heat water, this will save your power. In the normal, the temperature will set 25-35℃.
TSAUTOP® all in one mini DIY hydro dipping tank is equipped with a 1pcs low-noise, strong-flow Submersible water pump, ensure flush the film slag. We can make the tanks with various voltages as your requirements, such as single-phase 110v,220v. There have some high-pressure spray nozzles at the end of the water outer to ensure the water flushed farther.
The electric box and wires of all in one mini-hydro dipping tank are equipped safely. All working units are equipped with circuit breaker protection switches and emergency stop switches, ensure the safety of humans and machines in the emergency. All wires are concealed and packed with protective pipes to prevent electricity leakage. All tanks have equipped with earth wire to avoid electric shock.

Water Transfer Printing process is extensively used to decorate items that range from entire all-terrain vehicles and car dashboards to small items like bike helmets or other automotive trim. Films can be applied to all types of substrates including plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramic, and metal.

Once the clear coat has dried you need to inspect it for defects. Most minor defects like orange peel look, or debris in the finish can be wet sanded and polished out at this stage. There are a few exceptions to this.

Yes, after transfer with PVA film on the decorated part, it needs Washing machines to clear over the subject.
Yes, it better dry by the oven, it is because dust will cover the subject while it dry by nature, the oven temperature should be around 50-70 degrees for the plastic material.
We recommend 0.8~1.3Ømm , not over 1.3Ømm , for activator it require high quality Precisely spray gun to work with it.
We recommend adding more water tanks to soak the decorated part for ink to more stable on the decorated part.
Normally ABS doesn’t require any base coat, but to match the design, it has to paint the base color to match the art.
Yes , when you did the Immersion Printing, it comes with a defect spot or the result unacceptable, it can remove by the activator or the chemicals, but the fast way is to repaint the base coat to cover it.
