Fully Automatic Film Flowing Machine With Tripod Dipping

This hydro dipping machine is fitted with six systems: One Key start system, an Automatic heating thermostat system, an Automatic Activator Spraying System, an Automatic Film Flowing system, an automatic water circulation system, an automatic water filtering and cleaning system, and an automatic exhausting system.

One Key Start System:

This machine has one key automatic model function.

Auto model: this model can continuously complete the whole dipping process including film flowing, activator spraying, dipping by a tripod transmission, and cleaning water with the auto key button. All sizes and speeds can be set in PLC. This machine can complete dipping 180-200 frames （size 60*50cm） in one hour, so it is very efficient.

Manual model: This model can check each device if it works well. All sizes and speeds can be set in PLC.

Automatic Thermostat System:

3pcs 6000kw heating elements can heat the water quickly. The water temperature can be set to 25-30℃, and the digital thermostat can control the temperature constantly. The machine has a scheduled heating function. If the machine is powered on, it will automatically heat from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Automatic Film Flowing System:

The film-laying machine adopts a stainless steel and full aluminum plate body, making the machine stable. The flow-film system controlled by the servo motor is very accurate, the laying film speed range can be set to 1-3m/m as per your requirement. So, it will save you film costs.

Automatic Activator Spraying System:

The Activator spraying system with 1 HVLP spray gun can be set to any size to be suitable for various films, fluid and atomization are adjustable with two barometers. The normal atomizing pressure is 0.1-0.2mpa and fluid flow is 0.5-0.6mpa.

Automatic Continuous Tripod Dipping:

The dipping tripod powered by servo motors with a speed reducer and chain driving is very stable and precise; The tripod can set its height, angle, and speed according to the size of the product. It will ensure the quality of hydro dipping.

Automatic Water Circulation And Filtering System:

Water circulation and filtering, the 2 water pumps’ power is 750w， They have strong flushing power, and flushing over film slag will be filtered, instantly removing the remaining film slag. Filter, water pump and heater are installed into a different area, ensure to keep the water clean long time.

Automatic Exhausting System:

When the machine sprays an activator, it will emit an unpleasant activator smell, so it is necessary to discharge the pungent smell. This machine is equipped with a 3kw centrifugal fan to discharge all unpleasant odors, keeping the work space clean and comfortable and ensuring the health of workers.

All sets and operations can be completed on the PLC screen. Any worker will be able to operate this hydro-dipping equipment after a short time of training.
