A High-efficient fully automatic hydro dipping machine is the most intelligent tool for fully automatic water transfer printing. It has an automatic constant temperature system, an automatic activator spray system, an automatic film laying system, an automatic dipping arm, an automatic water circle, and an automatic filtering system. The whole process will take 1.5-3 minutes.
There are two types of this equipment, one key automated and one with separate manual operations for each system.
Auto model: This model can automatically finish the entire dipping process, including film flowing, activator spraying, dipping by a robot arm, and cleaning water with the auto key button. PLC allows for the setting of all sizes and speeds.
Manual model: using the water pump, the flow-film system, the activator spraying system, and individual dipping. Additionally, this model has the ability to test each device’s functionality. PLC allows for the setting of all sizes and speeds.
This equipment is particularly effective since it can complete a dipping procedure in just three minutes. Because of the high accuracy of the servo-controlled flow-film system, you can lay any length of film that you need. Your hydrographic film costs will be reduced as a result.
The Activator spraying system with two HVLP spray guns may be modified to fit various films. The dipping arm, which is powered by a 1.5kw servo motor, is exceptionally stable and precise, ensuring the quality of the hydro dipping.
Heating function: 2 sets of 6000kw heating components can swiftly heat water. The water temperature can be regulated between 25-30°C.
Water circle and filtering: the water pump power is 750w, it has a powerful flushing power, and flushing over film dust will be filtered, rapidly removing the residual film dust, ready for the next putting film, and circle till the surface of the water tank to save the most water.
