All welded parts are welded with 304 stainless steel welding wire. All the welding marks are polished to ensure no leaks. So, it can guarantee no water leakage for 5 years.
TSAUTOP® 10ft Hydrographic Dipping Tank is equipped with 2 pcs of the wiper and a long partition beam with split lines, which can wipe the film slag and divide the dipping area into a few small areas, ensuring the hydrographic film does not expand too much.
TSAUTOP® 10ft Hydrographic Dipping Tank is designed as two parts dipping tank, filter, and heating tank. It ensures enough dipping area and fast heating.

TSAUTOP® 10ft Hydrographic Dipping Tank is made of 2.5mm thick 201 stainless steel, framed of 2mm thick 304 stainless steel square pipe, and equipped with 8pcs universal wheels and thick level feet.

There has 2 pcs thermostats on the control box and 2pcs temperature sensors.
The temperature of the dipping tank and heating tank can be set and monitored in real-time.
When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the heating element will stop heating water, this will save your power.
The normal, the temperature will set 25-35℃. Certainly, you can turn on all or one or nothing according to your local temperature.

Water Transfer Printing (also known as hydrographic, immersion printing, camo dipping, hydro imaging, and cubic printing) is a surface decorating process where elaborate graphics like wood grain, carbon fiber, camouflage, geometrical designs, etc… are applied to a 3-D product surface.
The water Transfer Printing process is extensively used to decorate items that range from entire all-terrain vehicles and car dashboards to small items like bike helmets or other automotive trim. Films can be applied to all types of substrates including plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramic, and metal.

Once the clear coat has dried you need to inspect it for defects. Most minor defects like orange peel look, or debris in the finish can be wet sanded and polished out at this stage. There are a few exceptions to this.

Yes, after transfer with PVA film on the decorated part, it needs Washing machines to clear over the subject.
Yes, it better dry by the oven, it is because dust will cover the subject while it dry by nature, the oven temperature should be around 50-70 degrees for the plastic material.
We recommend 0.8~1.3Ømm, not over 1.3Ømm, for activator it requires high quality Precisely spray gun to work with it.
We recommend adding more water tanks to soak the decorated part for ink to more stable on the decorated part.
Normally ABS doesn’t require any base coat, but to match the design, it has to paint the base color to match the art.
Yes, when you did the Immersion Printing, it comes with a defect spot or the result was unacceptable, it can remove by the activator or the chemicals, but the fast way is to repaint the base coat to cover it.
