The running process of TSAUTOP Fully Automatic Hydro Dipping Machine:
Step1.flushing water for clean—
Step 2. blowing the bubble of the water surface by air fan and divider----
Step 3. laying the film on the water---
Step 4. film on the water for 25-35seconds---
Step 5. spraying activator on the film---
Step 6. dipping the products by dipping arm---
Step 7. putting out the products from the water---
Step 8. finish dipping---
Step 9. rinsing the products’ surface by the rinsing station.
The whole process will take 2.5-5minutes.
This machine has one key automatic model. Under this model, you can continuously complete the whole dipping process including film flowing, activator spraying,
dipping by a robot arm, and cleaning water by auto key button. All sizes and speeds can be set in PLC.

The flow-film system controlled by servo motor is very accurate, you can laying any length film as your requirement. So it will save you film cost.

Heating function, 2sets 6000kw heating elements can heat the water to 25℃ for 4-5hours. The water temperature can set 25-30℃.
Water circle and filtering, the water pump power is 750w，it has strong flushing power and flushing over film dust will be filtered, instantly remove the remaining film dust, preparing for next putting film, and circle till the surface of water tank for maximum saving the water.
